Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Radiant Optimizer. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

All products sold through this site are digital goods. Upon payment, a license key is generated and delivered instantly to your account dashboard.

• Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• Each license is bound to your unique hardware ID (HWID) for enforcement.
• One license covers one PC. A motherboard replacement requires a new license.
• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of keys is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent or shared licenses will be revoked without refund.

Your purchase is a one-time payment of $57 granting access for the lifetime of the product on your licensed PC.

• All future updates, new tools, and new features are included at no additional cost.
• There is no subscription — no recurring billing, no expiration.
• "Lifetime" means the commercial lifespan of the product, which we intend to support indefinitely.
• We may release a major successor (e.g. "Radiant Optimizer 2") requiring a separate purchase at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute after receiving your license key violates these Terms. Consequences include immediate license revocation, permanent account suspension, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.

• Keep your account credentials and license keys confidential.
• Do not share, publish, or distribute your license key.
• Do not attempt to bypass, crack, or reverse-engineer our license system.
• Use the software lawfully in your jurisdiction.
• Accept full responsibility for system changes the software makes on your PC.

By creating an account, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy:

• We collect IP addresses, device information, login history, and usage analytics from all registered users.
• This is required for account security, license enforcement (HWID binding), and fraud prevention.
• Registered users cannot opt out of this data collection — it is a condition of account ownership.
• Anonymous visitors may opt out of tracking via the consent banner displayed on first visit.
• Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Radiant Optimizer — including its name, logo, software, design, documentation, and all content — is our exclusive intellectual property, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

• No copying, reproduction, modification, or derivative works without our written permission.
• A license purchase grants limited use rights — it does not transfer software ownership.
• All third-party trademarks referenced are property of their respective owners.

Radiant Optimizer modifies Windows system configurations. While we create automatic system restore points before every change, PC configurations vary widely.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid, or (b) $57.00 USD. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

Radiant Optimizer modifies Windows configuration only — it does not inject code into games, manipulate game memory, or interact with anti-cheat systems. It is compatible with all major platforms including Riot Vanguard, Ricochet, Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, and FACEIT.

However, anti-cheat systems are third-party software updated independently. We cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility and are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or account actions by game publishers or anti-cheat providers.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation, account termination, civil liability, and criminal prosecution:

• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the software.
• Creating modified, patched, or derivative versions — for any purpose.
• Creating or distributing cracked versions, key generators, or bypass tools.
• Interfering with license validation or HWID-binding mechanisms.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our services.

Violations may be pursued under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the DMCA, and applicable international treaties.

Our services depend on:

• Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Stripe Terms

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes — sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, etc. We do not collect or remit taxes on your behalf unless legally required. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, including: license sharing, chargebacks, reverse engineering, illegal use, or abusive behavior in our community spaces. Upon termination, your license is revoked and no refund is issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware. Before formal legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution through our Discord support.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Review periodically.
