• Browser APIs — Your browser automatically sends user agent, language, screen dimensions, and referring URL on every page load.
• IP Geolocation — We use ipapi.co to convert your IP address into approximate location (country, state, city, ISP). Your IP is transmitted to ipapi.co's servers. ipapi.co Privacy
• Local & Session Storage — Two anonymous identifiers are stored in your browser: a visitor ID (persistent) and a session ID (temporary). These contain no personal information.
• Google Firebase — All collected data is stored in Firebase Firestore. Firebase Privacy
• Click Event Listeners — We track clicks on Buy, Download, Sign Up, and Login buttons to understand conversion paths.
• Page Unload Events — When you leave a page, we record final scroll depth and time spent. One-time event — no persistent background tracking.

• We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not use tracking for advertising. No Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tracking, no ad networks.
• We do not build shadow profiles. We never combine your browsing data with external sources.
• We do not track you across other websites. Our analytics are first-party only — radiantoptimizer.com activity only.
• We do not fingerprint your device for cross-site tracking. Visitor IDs are random strings, not computed fingerprints.
• We do not store passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Firebase Auth.
• We do not collect or store payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.

• Security & Fraud Prevention — IPs, login history, VPN detection, and device info identify unauthorized access, account sharing, payment fraud, and bot traffic.
• Product Improvement — Page visits, time on site, and drop-off points help us improve our website and documentation.
• Business Analytics — Geographic and traffic source data inform pricing, localization, and marketing decisions.
• Customer Support — Purchase history, license keys, and login records enable us to assist you effectively.
• Legal Compliance — We retain records as required by applicable law.

Analytics data (page views, sessions, device info, geo data) is retained for 90 days by default, then automatically purged.

Account data (username, email, license keys, purchase history) is retained for the life of your account plus 30 days after deletion.

Login history is retained for 90 days for security purposes.

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3).
• Firebase Firestore is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Analytics data access is restricted to the site administrator through a two-factor authenticated admin panel.
• Authentication uses Firebase Auth with industry-standard security.
• We never store raw passwords — authentication uses secure token exchange.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
